Lead Times
Furniture (dining tables, coffee tables, bar tables, bench seats, side tables): four to six weeks from order or deposit. The cure schedule is twenty-eight days; finishing takes a week; the rest is mould preparation, sample-tile sign-off (where applicable), and scheduling.
Templated benchtops and kitchen islands: four to six weeks from approved drawings. Templating, sink integration, and BBQ cut-outs add scheduling overhead.
Trade and architectural commissions: timing quoted per project. We schedule larger fit-outs in stages and confirm milestones with you at quote.
The composition cures the full twenty-eight days regardless of piece size or order priority. We don't shortcut the cure.
Where We Deliver
Melbourne metropolitan: our own freight vehicle, with site-place at delivery. The piece is positioned, levelled, and inspected before we leave. Standard for residential commissions in the metro service-area zones (see /service-areas/).
Regional Victoria: our own vehicle for closer routes; specialist freight for further. Quoted per order.
Interstate Australia (NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT, WA): specialist heavy-furniture freight. Most pieces ship as a single crated item. Your local installer or builder uncrates and positions on arrival.
Remote properties: handled case by case. Send the postcode with your brief and we'll quote freight on the same response.
Coffee Tables (Path 2: Direct Checkout)
Coffee tables are the only pieces sold via direct checkout on the website. Flat-rate freight applies to the five capital cities listed below; or pick up free from our Mordialloc studio.
Coffee tables ship in a single padded crate. Two-person handling is recommended at the receiving end for safe placement.

Furniture & Benchtops (Path 1: Quoted)
Furniture pieces over coffee table size, kitchen islands, and benchtops are all quoted with delivery included. The figure on the quote is the figure you pay; no surprises at the freight end.
Site-place at delivery is the default for Melbourne metro. We position the piece in the room you specify, level it, and inspect for any transit damage before leaving.
Install coordination: for benchtops and kitchen islands, the install is by your stonemason, kitchen company, or builder. We provide installation specifications and stay reachable by phone during the install. For larger Melbourne metro projects, we can arrange a recommended installer.
Packaging
Furniture pieces are crated for transit in custom-fitted plywood crates with foam isolators. The crate is broken down at the receiving end and recycled.
Coffee tables and smaller pieces ship in padded carton crates with corner protectors and a six-side foam wrap.
No plastic bubble-wrap; no polystyrene beads. If a piece arrives damaged despite the packaging, see the returns policy for the process and timeframe.
Delivery Windows
Once a piece completes finishing and is ready to ship, we book a delivery window with you by phone or email. Most metro deliveries are scheduled within the following week. Regional and interstate deliveries are coordinated with the freight carrier's schedule and typically book a fortnight ahead.
If you need a firm arrival date for a renovation milestone, builder's program, or event, flag it at the quote stage. We'll align the cure end-date with your delivery window.
International Delivery
We don't ship internationally currently. If you're commissioning a piece for an overseas property, get in touch; we've coordinated international freight for past commissions through specialist art-and-furniture shippers.
