Commercial Concrete Seating
Commercial concrete seating and concrete outdoor seating for hospitality, councils and public spaces. Cafes, restaurants, hotels, civic installations: durable, made-to-order, delivered nationally from our Melbourne studio.
Who we build for
Commercial briefs we take.
SnapCo takes two main shapes of commercial work: hospitality fit-outs (cafe tables, restaurant tables, bench seating, banquettes, hotel bars) and civic or council briefs (curved bench seats, plaza perimeters, courtyard seating walls, park-bench runs). Cast in standard architectural concrete or GRC where weight, span, or transport require. Delivered nationally from our Mordialloc studio.
Hospitality
Cafes, restaurants & hotels
Concrete cafe tables, concrete restaurant tables, bench seating, banquettes and built-in features for hospitality fit-outs. Cafe tables cast in our studio palette and matched to your floorplan. Custom dimensions, custom finish, sized to your design.
Commercial
Civic & council briefs
Curved concrete bench seats and public-space seating commissioned to council and architectural specification: park benches, plaza perimeters, civic forecourts, and courtyard seating walls. Each curved concrete bench seat is cast to your drawings as a single-piece install or modular segments, depending on transport and access. Precast in our studio with GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) or full-depth concrete options. Custom GRC furniture for council and architectural briefs delivered to site nationally to Melbourne, Adelaide, and the other capitals by tracked freight.
Featured commission / The Beverly Rooftop, South Yarra
Concrete cafe tables for a 270-degree Melbourne skyline.
The Beverly sits ten floors above Chapel Street in South Yarra, with a 270-degree view of the Melbourne skyline and a retractable glass roof that holds the room open through winter. The aesthetic is LA glamour and Gold Coast warmth carried with a Melbourne restraint. Earthy palette, high-end finish, the floor reads relaxed despite the elevation. The brief asked for concrete cafe tables and restaurant tables that could carry the look and the daily traffic.
We cast a full run of commercial concrete tables for the venue, sized to the booth layout and matched to the room's earthy palette. The composition is the same silica-free, four-times-strength studio mix we use for our residential range, sealed with the satin food-safe sealer that resists red wine for six hours. Round, oval, rectangular: the geometry follows the floorplan.
Concrete works for hospitality venues like cafes and restaurants the way it works at home. The surface ages, takes a knock, and reads more honestly with use. Each cast surface carries weight and presence in the room, anchoring the floorplan the way stone or marble would. For a venue cast as a destination, the tables hold their part of the room.
Project: The Beverly Rooftop, South Yarra, Melbourne. Application: cafe tables, restaurant tables, bar tables. Material: silica-free architectural concrete, food-safe seal.
Built to last / The composition
Engineered for daily commercial use.
Concrete seating for commercial environments: high-traffic, daily-use, exposed-finish. The studio composition is silica-free, full-depth cast, and roughly four times the compressive strength of standard concrete. Sealed for stain resistance; UV-stable pigments for outdoor briefs; freeze-thaw stable for civic and street installations.
We work in standard architectural concrete or in Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) where weight, span or transport require. Custom GRC furniture spans seating, tables, and sculptural commissions: anything cast in the studio mix and engineered to the brief. GRC furniture in Melbourne ships from the Mordialloc workshop; custom GRC furniture for Adelaide and the other capitals goes by tracked freight, crated and handed door-to-door.
Curved geometries and banquette runs cast as single pieces or modular segments, depending on transport and install constraints. Civic and council seating commissions (park bench runs, plaza perimeters, civic forecourts, courtyard seating walls) sit alongside hospitality fit-outs as the two main shapes of our commercial work.
Seating is the most-asked category, but the full custom GRC range is broader: see our custom-built concrete furniture page for tables and other commission types.
