These figures are for our standard composition at 40 mm top thickness, before any timber base. Add 10-25 kg for a typical timber base.
1800 x 1000 mm rectangular — around 80-100 kg.

Why our pieces are lighter than other concrete furniture
Standard precast concrete needs an 80-100 mm top to deliver the strength a dining table requires. Our glass-fibre reinforced composition delivers the same strength at 40 mm, which roughly halves the weight at the same dimensions.
Pieces from makers using untuned or unreinforced concrete often run double our weights. That's a sign of brute-force engineering — mass instead of material refinement.
Delivery planning
We deliver every piece with site-place in the metro area. The freight vehicle arrives with two of the studio team; we walk the piece into position, level it, and inspect before leaving. There's no extra charge for site-place; it's part of the standard service.
For regional and interstate delivery, we coordinate with specialist heavy-furniture freight. Most pieces ship as a single crated item; the crate handles transit, your local installer or builder uncrates and positions on arrival.
Future moves
Pieces are heavy enough to require professional movers if you're moving house. Two strong adults can position a 2400 mm piece in a single-storey home if the doorways and corridors allow; anything larger or any stairs wants four people. Most professional removalists are familiar with concrete furniture and quote it appropriately.
